Shipping Policy:

       We ship world wide and via FedEx to all 50 states 48 states shipped via FedEx ground unless other wise requested. Large items going to AK & HI must be shipped by AIR and those costs are additional and not included under our shipping rule.  Air Rates can be found on the FedEx website by searching for rates from our zip code 28075 to your zip code.

Alaska & Hawaii:    All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, unless upgraded to Federal Express, shall be delivered via USPS Priority Mail, signature required to verify delivery.

                Oversize Fees

Items, which are considered “oversize”, as noted on the website. Oversize fees range from $8.50 to $17.00. Exact charge will NOT noted at checkout, 
Oversized packages cannot be shipped Overnight or for Saturday Delivery. Oversize packages cannot be combined with other packages; therefore, an additional shipping charge will be incurred for additional items on your order.

   

                Shipping to Canada

       Standard shipping all products to Canada is ground delivery via FedEx (Federal Express) with the exception of Megatech, Venom and Nikko products they shall be shipped within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

       All orders to Canada may incur local taxes, customs duties and/or additional charges such as brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If at any time Discount RC Toys is billed for these charges, Discount RC Toys shall in return bill the buyer in the same manner the original order was billed.

               Order conformation:

        We will e-mail you order conformation for the item(s) ordered along with an estimated delivery date. If you do not receive your products in the time specified time, you can contact by e-mail (sales.discountrctoys.com) or if you prefer can contact us at 1-866-823-1190 and we can provide an update to you over the phone.

                Damaged Shipping:

      It is the customer’s responsibility to check the package upon arrival for signs of damage before acceptance.  Defective products should be reported to us immediately, within 2 days of receipt of order. We will send you the replacement part to fix the item if it is possible. If the item cannot be easily fixed with free parts, we will provide an RMA number, which should be printed on the outside of the carton, & the item can be returned to us for a free replacement.
