Do you ship internationally?
Discountrctoys does not deliver to international destinations. We do ship within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii!
Alaska & Hawaii: All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, unless upgraded to UPS Express, products are delivered via USPS priority mail.
Shipping Orgin
Products ordered will ship from either our West Coast or our Eastern Warehouse, it depends on product availability and shipping destination.
Oversized for shipping?
Items which are indicated as "Oversized” for shipping on the web site:
Oversized fees range from $8.50 to $120.00 for shipping, exact fees will be calculated at check-out, this will be determined as to the weight and the destination of the package.
Oversized packages cannot be shipped for Overnight or Saturday Delivery. Oversized packages cannot be combined with other packages; therefore, an additional charge for shipping will be incurred for additional items in your on your order.
How long does it generally take to process and ship orders?
95% of our items ship in two to three business days, some items may take as long as 5 Business days to ship.
How do I track orders?
Once the package has shipped you will automatically receive notification that your package has shipped.
You can log into your account where your tracking information is available to you.
How do I calculate general shipping charges?
1) Add items of interest to you shopping basket
2) Click on "View Cart”
3) Enter your zip code
4) Click on Calculate Shipping
5) The next screen will have a drop menu, please select your shipping preference and that’s it, you now have your shipping charges.

USPS First Class, USPS Priority, USPS Express
It will be at the discreton of Discount RC Toys to upgrade USPS shipping where applicable with no extra charges to your order.
USPS will be used for all P.O. Boxes!

The shipping time Frame in most cases will range between 1-7 business days.

Most orders are delivered via Priority Mail for our standard shipping rates. Please allow extra time for delivery. UPS and other shipping upgrades may be available.

Ground service to residential addresses (Home Delivery) in some major metropolitan areas are available Monday through Saturday.
Backordered products!
A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock. If a product you have ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email notification. After receiving notification you have the option to wait for the item or you may cancel your order.
The cancellation of any backordered must be made within three business days after notification of the product, failure to comply with the time lines will result in a 20% restocking fee.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the hobby, all Sales are final!
Refused delivery:
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways).
